Sandesh Support

Terms of Service

Effective: October 29, 2026

These terms apply when you use Sandesh. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Sandesh is operated by Manohar Gadkari. Contact support@cipherchat.co.in for help.

Using Sandesh

You must use Sandesh lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, distribute malware, infringe rights, or interfere with the service. You are responsible for the content you send and for protecting your devices, recovery codes, and backup passphrases.

Private communication and safety

Message and attachment contents are designed to be end-to-end encrypted and are not readable by the service. Users may report abuse; reports can include account and delivery metadata and any material you choose to submit. We may restrict accounts, invitations, or devices to address abuse, fraud, security threats, or legal obligations.

Availability and security

Sandesh may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or protect the service. The service depends on devices, networks, and third-party providers and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Keep recovery materials safe; Sandesh cannot recover secrets it does not possess. Sandesh is not an emergency communication or emergency-calling service.

Account deletion

You may delete your account in Settings → Account. Deletion removes active account data as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal obligations and the disclosed expiration of encrypted backup copies.

Changes and legal rights

We may update these terms and will post the current version here. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the laws that apply to you. Where permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly required by law.
