Help for Sandesh, a private messaging app for iPhone.

Account and sign-in

Choose Continue with Apple on the welcome screen. Your Sandesh ID is the unique name other people use to find you. Save your recovery codes in a safe place.

Connect with people

Open Contacts to find someone by Sandesh ID, share an expiring invite code, or display your QR invite for another person to scan. Camera access is needed to scan an invite.

Messaging

Check your internet connection and reopen Sandesh if it is offline. Pending encrypted messages will retry when the connection returns.

Contact support

Email support@cipherchat.co.in for account, safety, or technical help. Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, verification codes, recovery codes, private keys, or message contents.
